Room rates are below. Take a peek at the rooms and the special rates that have been secured for you. This is meant to help you decide which category works for your budget. If the rates are confusing as they usually are, submit a form with your proposed dates and I will share the rates with you. This does not commit you to a room. Only making a deposit commits you to a room.

Complete the reservation form (one form per room), choose your travel dates, and your room type. Voila! You'll have your quote within 24 hours, unless it's the weekend, then you'll have it the following business day.
It's important that the names you provide in your reservation form are the names as they appear on your passport or your passport application. While this form does not commit you, it is the information used to finalize your booking. Changing this after you've made a deposit will result in penalties imposed by suppliers.

Your trip is non-refundable without insurance.
Pre-departure protection protects your non-refundable investment in your trip for covered reasons 100% and for non-documented reasons 75%, should you have to cancel your trip. Post departure coverage will provide protection for trip delays, lost baggage, and trip interruption as well as medical reimbursement, should you become ill or injured while traveling. It is highly encouraged that you consider protecting your investment and yourself. Your traditional health insurance will not cover medical situations out of the country.

Vacation Designs was launched in 2014 with everything romance travel in mind! Planning extraordinarily romantic honeymoons and diving into your dreamy destination wedding is the heart and soul of what I do, and really, what I love!
Fun Fact:I grew up in the event planning industry, shadowing my Dad from a young age as he planned wedding celebrations and corporate events. Prior to launching Vacation Designs, I had a 10+ year career in banking and commercial lending.
I have always gravitated toward project management and was often recruited for this role during my banking career. I have a love for research, organization, and logistics! It helps that I have a background related to balancing the books for managing wedding group room blocks.
My goal is always to help my couples organize the journey to their wedding day, feel at ease by my guidance and solid industry relationships, and completely supported and confident in their decisions.
