Breathless Punta Cana All-Inclusive Resort

The below rates are based on check in date of March 23, 2021 and may vary slightly when choosing an alternative check-in date. Your rates will be specific to your stay and included in the final quote provided to you at the time your Traveler Registration is submitted. You can have up to 3 people in each room. This group must maintain the minimum number of rooms required to be considered a group and be provided with group rates and amenities. All rates listed below are per person.

 

When completing your traveler registration, please make sure that you're using your names as they appear on passports, and if you haven't completed your application yet, you should do so so you get it on time for this trip as there is a 15 week processing time from door to door or you can expedite for half the time.

Please include WHO you are rooming with where requested with - FIRST AND LAST NAME so I can create the rooming list accurately to submit to the hotel and also provide you with an accurate invoice.

​

IF you are a third person in a room, you can have an early check out date. The room needs to maintain double occupancy (two people) for the entire duration on these rooms so someone doesn't get stuck with a single rate. For example, two people staying 5 nights, can have a third person traveling only 4 nights, as long as you all have the same check-in date.

How the Booking Process Works:

Step 1: Complete Traveler Registration

Once we have received the Traveler Registration, you will receive an invoice via email that has your total for your room and quoted insurance premium specific to the stay you have selected. You will also receive an email with the below next steps to finalize your trip.

Step 2: Complete Payment Authorization & Insurance Waiver

Your initial deposit should be the minimum non-refundable deposit due, plus the insurance premium if you're accepting insurance, which we highly recommend. 

​

Step 3:  Submit your flights by the deadline, so we can arrange your transportation to and from the resort.

You will receive a link closer to the deadline to share your flights information with us. 

All Travel Protection Plans include:

  • Cancel the vacation, for whatever reason, and you're covered - Cancel for ANY reason. Plus, no change fees and a hurricane travel credit. Non-refundable hotel rates are not included.

  • Worry less about travel mishaps - Now up to $3,000 in catch-up expenses if the trip is delayed 6 hours or more (previously the maximum was $500), up to $300 if bags are delayed, up to $1,000 for lost belongings, and up to $50,000 reimbursement of medical expenses if you get sick or hurt during your trip, plus up to $75,000 for emergency transportation.

Travel Protection Options:

  • Travel Protection Plus - Cash Refund Option - ($139.99 to $284.99* per adult) - this plan is for travelers who would want to receive a full refund in the original form of payment if plans change and need to cancel.

  • Travel Protection Plus - Full Travel Credit - ($49.99 to $124.99* per adult) - this plan is for budget-conscious travelers. Same great Travel Protection Plus coverage, just a lower price point. Perfect for those travelers who know they will travel, but need some flexibility in premium.

Your premium will be based on your stay and a quote included in your invoice. Optional 3rd party travel protection is available to you. 

Terms & Conditions:

  • Your deposit is non-refundable.

  • Your rate includes roundtrip transportation for the airport, taxes and gratuities. 

  • Insurance offered above needs to be added at the time of deposit, or within 5 days of deposit. It is your responsibility to make sure that you add the insurance on time if not included with your deposit.  No exceptions. This is not our rule but that of the insurance company. 

  • The group leader is required to maintain a minimum number of rooms or penalties may be incurred according to contract . Please know that if you drop out it could have a financial impact on the group leader. 

  • Minimum age for check in is 18 years old. 

  • Maximum occupancy in each room is 3 people.

  • You can make as many payments as you need to toward your reservation up until final payment date. 

  • We have hours of operation, and sometimes they are impacted by our own travel obligations and other clients.  Please do not wait until the last possible minute to make final payments (i.e. 10pm on the final payment date) as payments are processed during normal business hours and must be received by 5pm EST to be processed same day Monday-Friday and by 3pm on Saturday.  Payments submitted after cutoff times, will be processed the following business day.  After hours contact is reserved for during travel emergencies.  If you make your final payment during after hours, you will be charged a $25 late fee so I can ensure your payment is made on time. Your payment form is not a direct payment to your reservation, it is a form for collection purposes only and requires an agent to manually apply the payment with our tour operators. 

  • We do need your flight information in order to arrange the included transportation. If you do not provide this information to us on time, we cannot guarantee your transportation as the transportation provided for you is based on your flights arrival and return times and submitting them to the transfer company by their deadline. We are required to have this turned in at a certain time, therefore we have to require you have it to us by our deadline.  If we do not receive your flights information you will forfeit your roundtrip transfers and be responsible for your own transportation in destination at your own expense. 

  • No changes to occupancy, names on rooms can be made after final payment date. If changes are made penalties will be incurred. 

  • Maximum penalties will be incurred beyond final payment date.
