How we work together

Every trip starts with a quick planning session. Complete a quick questionnaire and choose a time on the calendar that is most convenient of your schedule. I promise not to take too much of your time - max 25-45 minutes depdning on what you're planning! This gives us the opportunity to learn how you like to travel so your vacation is unique to you.

Give us a couple of days to gather the details for our recommendations. We'll present the best vacation options that align with your travel style, preferences and budget. We're happy to customize your trip. You'll secure your vacation with a deposit and the final payment will be required of you 45-60 days prior to your departure.

All of the details of your trip will be organized into your travel documents for you and provided to you 10-15 days prior to your departure which can include your flights, transportation, hotels, custom experiences and excursions. Enjoy the peace of mind knowing that all you have to do is pack and get to the airport for your next vacation!

Hey there, I am Mandie! Vacation Designs was founded to help you create incredible memorable moments with your loved ones without the time consuming hassle and confusion of doing so on your own. Let's be real, most of the time making the time to explore the idea of your next vacation is over shadowed by the daily demands of life, so naturally vacation planning is pushed to the back burner. By the time you circle back to it, prices are higher and/or you're feeling rushed to make a decision with too little information, which leaves your vacation experience up to chance. That is where I come in. I have personally visited 75+ resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean.
